tanc team is a registered charity that provides an independent and free consultancy service to community groups/voluntary sector organisations that want to initiate and participate fully in regeneration initiatives, from street to neighbourhood. think tanc is the trading arm of the charity and acts as a regeneration consultancy undertaking fee paying work for the public, private and community sectors. We would like to use the experience and skills that have been built up over the years to maintain, improve and further develop the free services we offer to the most disadvantaged communities throughout the East Midlands. Currently the free services we offer to community and voluntary sector groups include; needs assessment, research and community consultation, technical advice covering planning, architecture and urban design, project development including developing project briefs, options appraisals, identifying and appointing other consultants, business planning and fundraising. Over the next 3 years we want to; continue to be able to offer a free and independent service to those community groups who do not have access to funds be able to respond to more requests for assistance ensure that more community projects are realised make our services more responsive to groups needs continue to develop our organisation and service The values that underpin the organisation and its service are:Independence - Creativity- Inclusivity - Integrity

I’ll discuss my ideas with you and if they are to your liking I’ll put together a brief and a quotation for the garden layout and the planting plan. If this is acceptable I will then take photographs and measure all existing buildings, boundaries and features. I will also carry out tests to ascertain the soil quality for planting.
